This is a list of services in Calgary that can help you when grocery shopping and cooking are too hard to do on your own.
Please note:

•  These services are not free, other than the one free service on Page 2 that can help seniors with grocery shopping.
• Please call the services directly to ask for current prices.
• Some of the services are for certain age groups only.
• If you need a special diet, call to find out if the service can meet your needs.
